  Constitutions give religions a lot of freedom, but their actual authority is limited to their congregation members only.

  We subject ourselves to that authoity by joining (traptizm) and 'voluntarily' remaining members.

  Jws' custom-built doctrine that assures that if you ever leave your family will be destroyed.

  We can't change their hateful holy doctrine so we have to be creative with our own Rights toFreedom of Religion.

  Religious Freedoms apply equally to churches and individuals . Churches can fabricate lies and teach as truth -

  We can draft a declaration of our own emancipation from those lies and repudiate their authority.

  NO cult teaches Human Rights or Religious Freedoms as pertaining to anyone but themselves .

  I think the individuals and associates thing relates to the push to give corporations the same rights as humans.

  As horrifying as that sounds it's sure to have WT lawyers complete attention $$$$ I just read something in, passing , don't really know anything.

  Ecclesiastical Authority-

  All committees are convened under WTs' directions and by elders' execution, so they are (as intended) expressions of ecclesiastic authority. They even form a committee (non-judicial) to react to 'Letters of Disassociation'.l

  We want to have exercised our right to Freedoms Conscience & Religion BEFORE they are aware.

  We have specifically invoked freedoms guaranteed under the Constitution.

  We did it peacefully, quietly, without disrupting their practices. (So peacefully they were unaware)

  We (Constitutionally) repudiated the authority of all church law and all elder committees.

  They have no authority over us from that point forward.

  Courts don't care at all about church law UNTIL it violates Constitutional law -then they must care.

  JWs have demanded their freedoms many times - and got them - access to your door, conscientious objectors, no blood, charity status, etc

  We don't need to demand our right to Religous Freedoms we need to exercise the rights we already have.

  Watchtower can and will ignore our declared right (to be Freedom from them).

  They will convene committees and announce names, as if we had not repudiated those very actions of authority.. They will do this as if we were still their dopey sheep well after the date we repudiated their law and authority.

  Each instance of applying their congregations' authority to a self-emancipated nonmember is an indicator of their contempt for the constitutional rights of others.

  It will come back to bite them

  From your years as an elder, what was the elders response to a letter of resignation? did it trigger a commitee?

  Was there an announcement? and was that announcement to complete/enact a disfellowshipping?

  As JWs we were conditioned to be cowards and those who truly are will shun without question

  We aren't trying to stop shunning -we are trying to stop the disfellowshipping of voluntary leavers

  If WT/JW goes ahead and takes ecclesiastic action against a nonmember they leave themselves open to a claim of violation of that persons' human rights. That will lead to a human rights tribunal, Jws will lose as they have zero right s to enforce their doctrine and practices on nonmembers

  .We want people to be able to leave without being disfellowshipped - that's our only goal here

  sign your emancipation document now, (before you fade or leave or draw any attention to yourself)

  You are now emancipated - now a nonmember (see how easy that was?)

  .Ecclesiastic authority can not be exerted on non-members.

  You (now emancipated) can not be disfellowshipped because you are not a church member

  Their ecclesial authority has been preempted by your having already exercised your right to emancipation

  They are no longer your elders so NEVER MEET WITH THEM AGAIN.

  That is no longer your church - you are now just a visitor..
  

  Our emancipation doesn't stop them from practicing their religion on their members-

  Our emancipation has stopped them from practicing their religion on us - by claiming our right to be free of their religion.

  And we have a signed and witnessed document to prove all of this.

  We have nothing to lose by doing this, but much, so very much to gain.

  Precedence will be established when a blameless 'Rosa Parks' emerges from among those who sign-up to test drive this approach to leaving - I think many youth will sign as THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO LOSE but much to be gained if their name is never read out .

  As far as I am aware there is no precedent for an actual written invoking of ones' Human Right to Freedom of Conscience to escape a church.

  The very notion of even needing to this is absurd -- but this is not an ordinary c--t,

  I think WT/JW fear Freedom of Conscience claims in the same way employers fear racial discrimination claims.

  The ARC is a perfect example of what happens - that was a demonstration of a tribunal at work in the Australian system and you should know that the same processes apply to tribunals of Human Rights abuses claims.as to the Rights of the Child claims
